Specific Terms of Sale

In accordance with The Distance Selling Regulations Act of Oct 2008, we will endeavour to ensure customer has the ability to:
Receive clear information about the supplier, the goods or services and the sale before deciding to buy, receive confirmation of this information in writing, have a a cooling off period of 7 working days in which to withdraw from the contract, and receive
protection from payment card fraud.
Where possible any information including ingredients and nutritional information in accordance with UK law is published. Where it is not published on the webpage, it will be made available on request. Confirmation of order is sent to the customer directly from EmergenC UK.
EmergenC UK does not directly accept credit card payments from the customer. These payments are accepted on our behalf by Nochex Ltd. Credit card security and fraud prevention are controlled by Nochex Ltd.. EmergenC UK cannot be held responsible for any dealings our customers may have with Nochex Ltd.
Any customer wishing to cancel their transaction within 7 days may do so provided goods are returned to us in 'as sold' condition. Where costs have been incurred by us to deliver goods, these costs will not be refunded.

Non Delivery Policy
EmergenC UK cannot be held responsible for delivery of goods. However, EmergenC will always endeavour to ensure a customer receives what the customer has ordered. Where Royal Mail have evidently lost a package, a replacement may be sent out at no cost to the customer, but only after a reasonable time to allow for delivery has passed. Where a delivery is not made by fault of the customer (such as failure to collect from the post office, or an incorrect address supplied) EmergenC will not reship nor refund the order. If a delivery is returned to us by Royal Mail (or other delivery service) due to a fault of the customer (such as failure to sign for, or incorrect address supplied), we will reship the order but will require the customer pays any charges for required to ship a second time. Where this occurs but is demonstrably the fault of the customer, the order may be refunded if either we do not wish to further service that customer, or the customer request a refund. Any refund made under these circumstances will be subject to 10% refund fee, to cover the costs incurred in packing and shipping an order. P&P under these circumstances will not be refunded.
